For me personally, I was so worried about making sure I showed up online that I just posted when I could, but what made a difference was choosing select times that worked with my schedule and sticking to them. It doesn't have to be multiple times a day (hello burnout)- just make sure it is the same time!

Another tip that helped is putting blinders on to really be true to creating YOUR content. It's good to check out what others are doing and get ideas from competitors, but then I suggest finding a way to figure out your own groove. What is a unique way that you can stand out in the crowd? These days everyone is selling something online.... so why should anyone by from you?
